Start using ToolWorks in 3 easy steps

Request functionality lets you request tools and equipments in field (from the assigned tool store)

Fulfill Fields orders that were created by users. This functionality allows tool store staff to add tools to orders placed by field users.

Walk-Up or Adhoc Order functionality allows you to quickly fill walk up request for tools.

Check In allows you to add returned tools back to inventory. You will also get option to indicate status of return tools.

Run tool room on Auto Pilot by enabling employees to self-checkout and check-in tools effortlessly using Kiosk Mode

Transfer IN allows you to request tools from fellow tool owner or Accept tool transfer requested

Transfer OUT allows you to fulfill tool transfer request from colleague or initiate direct tool transfer request.

Store Transfer IN allows you get tools from other store.

Store Transfer OUT allows you to fulfill tool transfer request from other tool store or initiate direct tool transfer request.

Purchase Order functionality lets you get approval to buy tools and equipments from external vendor

Stock Audit allows you to verify quantity of tools and equipments in your inventory
