Dispatch > Fulfill Order
Fulfill Fields orders that were created by users. This functionality allows tool store staff to add tools to orders place by field users.
Dispatch > Adhoc Order
Walk-Up or Adhoc Order functionality allows you to quickly fill walk up request for tools.
Dispatch > Check-In Order
Check In allows you to add returned tools back to inventory. You will also get option to indicate status of return tools.
Transfer > Transfer In
Transfer In allows you to request tools from fellow tool owner or Accept tool transfer requested
Transfer > Transfer Out
Transfer Out allows you to fulfill tool transfer request from colleague or initiate direct tool transfer request.
Store Transfer > Get Tools
Store transfer in allows you get tools from other store.
Store Transfer > Give Tools
Store Transfer Out allows you to fulfill tool transfer request from other tool store or initiate direct tool transfer request.
Purchase Order functionality lets you get approval to buy tools and equipments from external vendor
Stock Audit allows you to verify quantity of tools and equipments in your inventory
