Bundle Management

Bundle allows you to define a list of tools that form a logical group. Think of it as a Shopping List, plus a Tools collector! You can define bundle for different trades and for different types of jobs or projects. A Bundle allow you to define a group of tools once and use that list again and again, when assigning tools, transferring tools to job site etc.

Bundle feature is available for Professional, Premium and Enterprise customers.

How to Create a Bundle

1. Navigate to the Bundles tab. [shift-b]
2. Click the Create Bundle button.
3. Enter a name for the bundle, optionally enter a description
4. Click Add Tools to add tools to the bundle.
5. Click Create to save the new bundle.

How to Create a Bundle from existing Checkouts

1. Navigate to the Checkouts tab. [shift-c]
2. Select the checkout you want to convert to a bundle.
3. Click Create Bundle to create a bundle from the checkout.
4. Enter a name for the bundle, optionally enter a description
5. Click Create to save the new bundle.

How to Create a Bundle from existing Store Transfer

1. Navigate to the Store Transfers tab. [shift-t]
2. Select the transfer you want to convert to a bundle.
3. Click Create Bundle to create a bundle from the transfer.
4. Enter a name for the bundle, optionally enter a description
5. Click Create to save the new bundle.

How to Create a Bundle from existing a Kit Tool

1. Navigate to the Tools tab. [shift-t]
2. Select the kit tool you want to convert to a bundle.
3. Click Create Bundle to create a bundle from the kit tool.
4. Enter a name for the bundle, optionally enter a description
5. Click Create to save the new bundle.

How to Edit a Bundle

1. Navigate to the Bundles tab. [shift-b]
2. Select the bundle you want to edit.
3. Edit the bundle details as required. You can add new tools, edit quantity of existing tools or delete tools.
4. Click Update to update the bundle.

How to Delete a Bundle

1. Navigate to the Bundles tab. [shift-b]
2. Select the bundle you want to delete.
3. Click Delete to delete the bundle.
4. Click OK to confirm.

How to Use a Bundle

1. Navigate to the Tools tab. [shift-t]
2. Click Select a Bundle and select the bundle you want to use.
3. System will find tools that are part of the bundle and add them to the cart.
4. In the Cart, click Assign to assign tools to user or Transfer to transfer tools to another store.

Scan with Bundle

1. Select Scan tab (on mobile app).
2. Tap Bundle to select a bundle.
3. System will find tools that are part of the bundle and show you tool to pick.
4. Scan the tool to add it to the cart, system will auto move to the next tool in the bundle.

FAQ

1. Can I use more than one bundle at a time?

   Yes, you can use more than one bundle. You can select multiple bundles and system will find tools that are part of the bundles and add them to the cart.

2. What happens if there are no tools in inventory?

   When there are no tools in inventory, system will show a message to user that there are no tools in inventory and add remaining tools to the cart.

3. What happens if there are tools already in the cart?

   When there are tools already in the cart, system will show a message to user that tools are already in the cart and skip adding those tools from the bundle.
