Similar to Tools, these are high value items that are tracked individually and have fixed duration for which they are reserved. Each will have its own unique barcode or serial number (asset tag). Equipment reservation is tracked to an individual and equipments are required to be returned at end of reserved time.
Equipments are checked out to people for fixed duration, can be reserved, serviced and moved across locations.
